Ms. Herschel joined Montague DeRose and Associates in May 2008. She brings with her 10 years experience as an executive assistant and office manager in the legal, non-profit and accounting fields.

Ms. Herschel's responsibilities include all contract compliance, insurance and billing and assists in the areas of accounts payable, human resources, internal management and SEC regulatory compliance of the firm.

Ms. Herschel also maintains databases, manages expense reports, coordinates special events and is the administrative support for the firm's Westlake Village office.
